Casualties, Destruction as Israeli Aggression Continues in Jenin and Its Refugee Camp

Jenin: For the fifth consecutive day, the Israeli occupation forces have continued their aggression on the city of Jenin and its refugee camp in the West Bank, resulting in the deaths of 14 Palestinians and dozens of injuries, alongside widespread destruction of infrastructure.

According to Qatar News Agency, several villages and towns in the Jenin governorate witnessed incursions, house raids, and arrest campaigns. Today, the occupation forces targeted a vehicle in the town of Qabatiya, south of Jenin, killing two Palestinian youths.

Israeli bulldozers also destroyed the entrances to the towns of Al Yamun and Silat al Harithiya to the west, as well as the Yafa Street connecting Jenin city to its western villages.

In the Zahra and Jabriyat neighborhoods of Jenin refugee camp, residents were forced to evacuate their homes as drones hovered overhead, and a curfew was imposed in the camp.

The Israeli aggression began last Tuesday with a large-scale assault on Jenin and its camp. According to official Palestinian sources, the ongoing offensive has so far claimed the lives of 14 Palestinians, injured dozens, displaced nearly 2,000 people to nearby villages, and caused significant damage to the city's infrastructure.
