Turin: Canadian Felix Auger-Aliassime achieved a hard-fought victory over American Ben Shelton in the group stage of the ATP Finals currently being held in Turin, Italy. Auger-Aliassime edged Shelton with a 4-6, 7-6(7), 7-5 win on Wednesday.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Canadian player secured his first triumph of the tournament after an opening loss to Italian Jannik Sinner. Sinner is set to face German Alexander Zverev later in the same group.
