Gaza city: At least 16 Palestinians, including 11 from Gaza City, were martyred and others were injured since dawn on Thursday, as a result of the Israeli occupation forces' shelling of several areas in the Gaza Strip.

According to Qatar News Agency, in the city of Rafah, two people were martyred by Israeli forces' fire while waiting to receive aid. An Israeli airstrike on the Shuja'iyya neighborhood east of Gaza City resulted in the martyrdom of two people and caused several injuries.

In the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip, one Palestinian was martyred, and others were injured when Israeli forces targeted a group of aid seekers north of the camp. The death toll from the ongoing Israeli occupation aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 64,656 fatalities, with nearly 163,503 reported injured since October 7, 2023.
