Kuwait city: HH the Amir of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and French President Emmanuel Macron engaged in a phone call on Sunday to discuss the latest regional and international developments, as well as the current situation in the region.

According to Qatar News Agency, during the call, Macron expressed France's strong condemnation and denunciation of hostile acts, which he described as a clear violation of Kuwait's sovereignty, international law, and the UN Charter. He affirmed France's support for Kuwait's security and stability, and endorsed all measures Kuwait takes to safeguard them.
