Algiers: Algerian Foreign Minister, Ahmed Attaf, and his Iranian counterpart, Abbas Araghchi, discussed bilateral relations and ways of enhancing them, along with addressing a host of regional and international issues, during the latter's visit to Algeria.

According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting explored bilateral economic, trade, cultural, and diplomatic cooperation, in addition to going over current regional events, including the ongoing genocide in Gaza and the Israeli aggression on the Palestinian people.
