Al Rayyan: Al Rayyan secured a place in the final of the 2024-2025 HH the Amir Cup Basketball Cup after defeating Al Ahli 106-73 on Monday in the decisive third semifinal match at Al Gharafa Hall.

According to Qatar News Agency, the quarter results were in favor of Al Rayyan, with scores of 28-13, 30-16, 20-22, and 28-22. Demarquis D'Angelo Bost of Al Rayyan was named the best player for his team after scoring 31 points and leading them in the crucial moments. On the other hand, Raekwon Deshawn Rogers of Al Ahli impressed with 27 points, but his performance wasn't enough to shift the game in his team's favor.

The semifinal series between the two teams began with Al Rayyan winning the first round 88-79, followed by Al Ahli's victory in the second round 85-82. Al Rayyan clinched the third round today to seal their spot in the final.

Al Rayyan will face defending champions Al Arabi in the final on Thursday, with Al Arabi having defeated Al Wakrah in their semifinal matchups 104-75 and 111-84.
