Suva, An earthquake measuring 4.9 on the Richter scale hit Fiji on Tuesday. The earthquake occurred south of the Fiji Islands, at a depth of 624.5 km, according to the US Geological Survey (USGS). There have been no reports of causalities or material damage due to the earthquake so far.
