24 People Injured in Two Israeli Occupation Airstrikes on Southern Lebanon

Beirut: Twenty-four people were injured in two Israeli occupation airstrikes on southern Lebanon on Tuesday. A Lebanese Ministry of Health statement said a raid on the Nabatieh Al Fawqa area injured 20 people, according to an updated toll. Another strike on the Zawtar area left four people wounded.

According to Qatar News Agency, the 60-day deadline for Israeli occupation forces to pull out of the border villages and towns in southern Lebanon ended Sunday, January 26, within the framework of the ceasefire agreement reached on November 27. Yet, a White House statement recently announced the extension of this agreement until February 18.
