According to Qatar News Agency, 31 patients are in hospitals, while 103 patients are undergoing outpatient treatment.

The relevant authorities reported that search and rescue operations are still ongoing. Russia's Ryazan region is home to a number of large industrial facilities, including factories for chemicals, metals and plastics. Over the past decades, it has witnessed several industrial accidents that resulted in numerous deaths and injuries.
