Gaza: At least 10 Palestinians were martyred and others injured on Sunday as Israeli occupation forces carried out airstrikes and shelling targeting aid seekers and various areas across Gaza Strip.

According to Qatar News Agency, medical sources reported that four civilians were martyred and several others wounded by Israeli occupation gunfire targeting people waiting for humanitarian aid in Al-Zikim area, northwest of Gaza.

Meanwhile, emergency services at Hamad Hospital in Gaza said five people were killed in an Israeli occupation strike targeting a group of civilians in northern Gaza.

A child also succumbed to wounds sustained in a previous Israeli airstrike on Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza.

In a separate incident, three children were injured in a drone strike on Al-Sabra neighborhood in southern Gaza City.

Civil defense sources further reported the recovery of 22 bodies from the neighborhoods of Al-Shuja'iya, Al-Tuffah, and Al-Zaytoun in eastern Gaza City, following the withdrawal of Israeli occupation forces from parts of those areas.

Since October 7, 2023, Israel - the occupying power - has been committing acts of genocide in Gaza Strip, including killing, starvation, destruction, and forced displacement, in blatant defiance of international appeals and orders by the International Court of Justice to halt such actions.
